Welcome to Throughline ("we," "our," or "us"). Your thoughts are yours — protecting them is our top priority. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We do not collect location, contacts, or camera data.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your journal entries are stored securely via Supabase, encrypted at rest and in transit. Entries are not shared with other users and are not used for advertising, marketing, or model training.
Authorized personnel at Throughline may have technical access to stored data and may access individual entries only when strictly necessary — for example, to investigate a bug you've reported, respond to a support request, address abuse of the service, or comply with a valid legal request. We do not read your entries for any other purpose.
We use Claude by Anthropic to generate insights. Your entries are sent to Anthropic's API but are not stored on Anthropic's servers and are not used to train models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

Throughline is not intended for users under 13. We will delete any data from users under 13 if discovered.
