You must be 13 or older. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
You own everything you write. We only process your content to provide the service — never for ads or third parties.
Don't use Throughline for unlawful purposes, to access other users' data, or to tamper with the app.
AI-generated reflections are personal prompts, not medical or therapeutic advice. If you're in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline.
Throughline Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We aim for reliable service but can't guarantee it. We may update features with reasonable notice.
Delete your account anytime by emailing privacy@gethroughline.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Throughline is provided "as is." We recommend keeping backups of anything important.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the app.
We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in-app.
